We offer worldwide shipping except for UN-sanctioned & war-laden countries.

There are two shipping options available. You will be able to select either one during checkout.

*Note: Your order may be subjected to import duty depending on your local customs regulations. Do follow your shipment tracking closely and contact the associated postal service/courier if needed.

*For pre-orders, please read description on product page. Orders will be shipped out in stated month of delivery. 

I.e. If it is stated the pre-orders will be ready in March 2019, your order will then be shipped out in March via the method of shipment you selected

Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be emailed to you

RETURNS

You have the right to return any products you have purchased directly from our website within 14 days of receiving the item. 

The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.

Our team reserves the right to inspect the returned items to determine whether it is fit & meets the conditions of a refund. 

*As with cancellations and returns, the transactional fee charged by platforms (Shopify + Payment platform) are non refundable. Hence the total refund amount would be reduced to exclude a total of 2% + 4.8%

Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us.
